      Greetings, I am Chandni Dey, the Managing Director and Founder of Charm We Maintain Skin Solutions (CWM). What eventually became an ambitious dream now is a mission that is of utmost importance to me beyond just business. CWM is not merely a clinic to me; it is an epitome of my passion, heart, and life’s purpose. The driving force to help individuals enhance their appearance while feeling their best and bringing beauty, confidence, and happiness to my clients is what motivates me every single day.

Over the years, I have worked in the beauty industry and over this period I have witnessed many people struggling with hard to talk skin issues like acne, dark spot marks, aging signs, scars, hair loss, lacklustre skin and many more. All those issues are not limited to skin alone, but to a person’s self-confidence and emotional state as well. Watching people lose their self-confidence due to skin problems is something that truly hurts. I know the deep emotional scars they leave and I am here to tell you, they can be healed.

Restoration of hope is what we strive to attend to at CWM. Our pledge is to treat every person with the care, understanding, and dedication they deserve.
